Upcoming Patreon Changes
Added 2023-05-09 16:07:47 +0000 UTCHello everyone! I wanted to provide an update to you all on my Patreon as I reflect on its growth and detail some changes I will be making later this month.
When I first started this Patreon, I never expected it to get as popular as it did. I want to thank all of you for helping me grow on here. Back when I first started, I was writing 3-4 chapters per month, and now I'm writing 9 on average. As I have grown quite a bit since I first started, I will be making some minor changes to my Patreon:
- All of my stories will now be posted approximately 2 months in advance on my Patreon. Currently, I post my writings publicly 1 month after they appear on Patreon, but I wanted to increase this period of exclusivity. Additionally, I will infrequently be posting Patreon-exclusive stories for all patrons. These will be marked with a specific tag.
- There will be an exclusive monthly poll posted for anyone at the Prompter Tier or higher. This exclusive poll and story will be posted during the first half of the month. The normal monthly poll will continue to be posted at the end of the month, but the poll will now start halfway through the month. Polls and submission periods will now last a slightly shorter period of time to facilitate this increased workload.
- All of you will retain your current benefits at your current price while gaining these new benefits. However, new patrons will be subject to new prices due to the increased amount of content I am producing. There will be roughly a 50% increase in price to my tiers. Again, while you remain subscribed to my Patreon, you will not see a price increase.
You can expect these changes to officially start next month; however, the new tiers will come into effect sometime in the next few days.

As long as you stick to your current tier, there will be no price changes for you. You will still get the same monthly patron-voted story that you get now; patrons at the Prompter tier or higher will receive a second one. As far as I'm aware, if you went with an annual option (if I ever offer it) it would still be based on your current tier price. Essentially, you will still be paying your current price unless you cancel or decide to switch tiers once I have created the new tiers with the updated pricing.
