"When the hardest decision has to be made, I will not hesitate"

Current Commander of High Elven Army, Castien grew up among the soldiers. He was not one of them as the skinniest of them all. He was just carrying food and supplies to fighting elven soldiers. Whenever he wanted to learn how to wield a sword, his father, Commander Argec, always told him that he's not ready. But the truth was, his father never wanted a life for his son to have what he had. When the blood and lifeless bodies surround you on the battlefield, you remember once again, that this is not living. This is only carrying out the selfish desires of your higher ups. And for Argec, his son shall never have the life he has.

After a time, Argec fell one last time on the battlefield, to not get back up on his feet again. And Castien, took his sword at the age of 14. Despite his father, he kind of knew that wielding a sword was his destiny. So he wield the sword and honored it with his father's memory.

He aged as a fine young man and learned how to wield his father's blade. Castien was still skinny but he learned how to use his body to his advantage. Muscle mass is hardly an illusion. When you are heavy and big, you are only a big target. But when you are skinny and nimble, no blade can catch your speed.

After many years and countless battle, elven folk called him "Thousands blade". Because he became so quick and nimble that before the enemies can blink an eye, he could pierce them thousands times, maybe even more.

But the burden was heavier than these thousands of piercing cuts.

And now, Castien understood what his father meant by saying "you are not ready". How can someone be ready to take a life and watch the body collapse like a ragdoll? But he also knew that the person on the other edge of the sword is not coming to offer peace and wine. They are here to break the peace so that it can never be mend again.

So this is the hardest decision has to be made.

Are you going to kill this person and take the life away from them?

If this is necessary, i will not hesitate to unsheathe my blade and pierce them a thousands time.
