Heartstopper comparisons are definitely accurate. Although the shows have vastly different vibes. And thatยดs all I can say without spoiling anything. I have sympathy for Augustยดs situation, but he is still weird. About their coming out status. Iยดm pretty sure Simon is relatively open about it. And he specified he is gay while talking to his dad, so he likes exclusively guys. Wilhelm on the other hand I feel like is completely unaware himself, which is why he had a panic attack after holding Simonยดs hand. In addition to that he couldnยดt be out publicly, since he is still part of the royal family and itยดs still kinda a taboo to be "like that". Public image etc.
