Patreon Only Supporters, Discord Update

This is just a quick update. For Patreon only supporters, note that now the Patreon Bot on the Discord server has permissions to kick members.
I'm not fully sure about how it'll work, but if you do get kicked out of the server at the end of your supporter period. You can DM me on Discord (or here on Patreon).
I'll get you back in right away. No worries.
