Planet X2 finally revealed!
Added 2017-11-12 07:05:30 +0000 UTCSo the first review is out! By the way, I had no influence on this review, I just sent Modern Vintage Gamer a beta copy and asked him to review it. I really wasn't expecting him to do such a great job on the video. I will be doing a video about this on my own channel, but I'll be covering more of the technical aspects of it's development. So I really like this review he did of the gameplay. It's probably better than I could have done! I also sent Metal Jesus Rocks a copy, but he's out of the country at the moment. When I get the rest of my materials in next week I intend to send 2 or 3 copies to a few other youtubers.
I would like to take a moment to mention that your support helped make this possible. I doubt I would have ever found the time to bring this to completion if I were still working a full-time job and doing YouTube at the same time. I spent most of 2017 working on this. I hope to start another game soon, not sure what it will be yet or even which platform. I might make a sequel to this on MS-DOS or Commodore 128. I also have some other fresh ideas for other games. I'm waiting to see how Planet X2 is received to help me decide. I'm sure you'll see more polls here on Patreon to help me decide what to make next.
