Exit surveys/problems

When you cancel your subscription here it asks for optional feedback so the creator can get an idea of why people didnt want to stick around.. most commonly people just choose the option that they received the specific benefit they signed up for or that their financial situation changed ... it gives an option to leave a note for me as well which is cool and helpful.

I just noticed this 1 though.. dno whether to laugh or cry at how dumb this is! A) this person never msgd me to discuss any problems before getting in a huff and cussing me down and B) iv checked through the people who cancelled at this time so I can see who it was and I totally made their custom clip so I know it wasnt due to me not sending them the benefits theyd paid for.

So...  im posting it just to say look if you are subscribed and you feel the clip wasnt good enough or your custom request wasnt completed how you want it why not send me a msg and try to come to a resolution rather than be like a huffy little kid about it 😅 dude could have got a new version or something to make up for whatever issue he seemingly had with it or if it was a billing issue/mix up could have gotten a refund sorted no problem..

But going down the stroppy brat route and telling me to fuck off literally achieves nothing....

I cant get everything right every time but i am always happy to discuss this stuff with you and try to come to a resolution where everyone feels it was a fair outcome.

Stuff like this is really frustrating just because had they stuck around to explain instead of being rude Id have liked to put things right when i had more time on my hands (this was the week i moved house and was totally busy but i still wanted to keep my patreon subscribers happy and make sure no one felt they hadnt got what theyd paid for.. which was such a challenge but it was really important to me..think thats whythis is so anoying to see).

If anyone has an issue here: just send me a message and we can iron things out..dont be a dick like this guy pleeease cause hes obv been anoyed but rather than seek a resolution id have happily offered him hes just gone off in a strop so essentially lost out more than necessary!
