Level Bonus (10): Item Quality +100%. 30% Chance for a Gathered Item to Rank Up an Extra Quality Rank.

Max Level Bonus: You may expend Mana to activate {Mass Gather}, collecting a large quantity of items within a designated area. The more Mana used, the larger the area becomes. Mass Gathered Items gain an additional +30% Quality and Chance to Rank Up.

Having reached max level, the Gatherer Skill had unlocked a “Max Level Bonus” that intrigued Anna, prompting her to test its capabilities for the first time.

She unfurled her white Crane wings, soaring into the sky above the scorched wasteland left from their battle, and extended her hand over the area.

“Okay, how large is the range? It depends on Mana, right? So… perhaps this will work?”

Anna channeled vast quantities of Mana, her reserves so immense that they spilled outward, forming a radiant sea of ethereal blue light. This energy coalesced into a colossal hand hovering over the designated area.

Her brother stood speechless at the sight, and most of their group was equally stunned as the spectacle unfolded before them. Remarkably, Anna appeared unfazed by the Mana expenditure, suggesting she could push even further if she really wanted to, although she choose not to.

“{Mass Gather}!”

A brilliant blue light surged from the hand, enveloping the entire area. Instantly, everything within its reach that could be “gathered” vanished—carcasses, crystal trees, and all collectible materials. Naturally, monsters still barely alive were unaffected, as the skill could not target living beings.

“No way, she just collected all that?!” Hilda exclaimed. “W-What the hell?! What kind of skill is that? A space manipulation Skill?!”

“She gathered everything within such an immense area!” Henrietta said. “H-How is that even possible… Was that some sort of S Rank Skill or above?”

“Anna…” Baihe muttered. “Just how much strength do you have hidden? What’s even your limit anymore? Hahah…” She could hardly believe how far she was from reaching Anna now, laughing at the absurdity of it all.

“Wooow! That was so cool!” Annabelle clapped. “I wonder if Anna could grab a whole city like that?! Maybe she could help everyone relocate Stronghold City in case of an emergency!”

“W-What?! That’s nuts! There’s no way she can go that far, right?” Kevin wondered. “T-There’s no way… right?” At this point, not even he was sure what Anna could or could not do.

Just from one day to another, Anna had suddenly become immensely more powerful. Whatever “Trial” the Constellations made her go through in her Dreams that she had mentioned before was something immensely game-changing for her.

“Hmph, not bad,” Jack smiled, proud of his sister, crossing his arms. “She’s really surpassing me in various areas now… I never thought a day like this could arrive…”

“What~? Are you shocked? Perhaps jealous now?” laughed Fenrir, teasing Jack.

“No, not at all… In fact, I’m happy… there’s nothing that could’ve made me happier than this… well, aside from Henrietta and our child…” Jack said.

“Heeey! It worked! Did you see that?!” Anna asked, smiling from ear to ear. “That was insane, right?! I can’t believe that’s a B Rank Skill, hahah!”

“WHAT?!”

Everyone gasped in disbelief, except for Jack, when they heard Anna say that it was just a B Rank Skill!

Yeah, Skills could be pretty strong at B Rank, but none were anywhere as powerful as what Anna had shown.

And the reason was quite simple: she had used her vast amounts of Mana to elevate the power of that B Rank Skill into something completely beyond that.

“W-What’s wrong?” Anna tilted her head, checking her inventory. “Ah, there it is! My inventory kind of sorted things out. We got the carcasses nice and clean now, a lot of those explosive crystals… Maybe we can use them too? And also there’s Monster Cores!”

“Really? You were able to gather them?” Kevin asked. “Well, that’s amazing, I guess… How many did you get?”

“Yeah, yeah! How many?” Annabelle asked energetically.

“Hmm… there’s a couple hundred,” said Anna. “We fought a lot of them… oh, the boss had a pretty big one. Brother, do you want it?”

“Nah, you can keep it, Anna,” Jack said.

“Alright, thanks~” Anna giggled. “I guess with this we could take a break now? We’re halfway through by now.”

“I guess we should. The Draconic Mana from now on is becoming even thicker…” Jack said. “That cowardly dragon is hiding behind all of this, instead of facing us like a true warrior…! And he hasn’t appeared after we defeated his monsters. I suppose he’s quite upset?”

“Probably…” Hilda said. “He must be definitely scared after seeing what you and Anna did… He acts smug and shit, but I bet he’s a big pussy.”

“Well, seeing how he is not even answering those allegations, I bet he is!” Anna laughed. “Anyway, let’s go to my place!”

“Your place?” Hilda asked. “What do you mean?”

“Huh?” Kevin wondered. “What place?”

“We aren’t staying down there?” Henrietta asked.

“With this heat and the Draconic Mana everywhere?! Like that, you’re never ever relaxing or resting!” Anna said. “No, we’re going to my place. Come with me.”

Anna swiftly opened a portal to her “Purgatory Realm,” now more akin to her own Inner Realm, similar to those of her Venerable adoptive parents.

Originally a realm for imprisoning demons, it was vast and had evolved significantly as new materials were integrated into it.

Though it still resembled one of the Demon’s 999 hells, it now included a large, comfortable, and habitable area.
