2025-10-21 23:53:01 +0000 UTCLove this episode! - If you don't have much of a background with Chet Baker, he's definitely worth checking out. - Two noteworthy references in the American diner: Ted walking around after he arrived is very Pulp Fiction's Jack Rabbit Slim scene, complete with Ricky Nelson playing in the background. And the narrator/illustrations was very much Donald Duck in Mathemagic Land. - No spoilers, but... rewatch the bike scene and remember the song. Then whenever you watch the movie being referenced you can shout, "TED LASSO, BABEHHH!!"
