Adddd... Deee... Opps! Told ya I was lagggg... Ging... I guess my system clock and memory need upgrading! I had forgotten about this one! And I've only just watched the YT edition for the moment. As you and everyone can see from the movie alone, it makes it important for 'us' to not only think about such ramifications, etc. We all must put our 2 cents "in." For me it brings me back to Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 2 Episode 9: "The Measure of a Man." It wasn't that important I started in the 'electronics field' back in the mid 80's but more and more important especially now-a-days with the wide spread of AI.

2025-04-12 14:14:49 +0000 UTCNathan is not the villain in this movie. He's simply an extremely intelligent person who is aware of the dangers that come with building an AI. Why would he release an AI that has unlimited potential into the world without making sure that its not a threat to mankind. Him creating different versions and keeping them confined makes perfect sense. He was a very flawed person but definitely wasn't the villain. Caleb on the other hand is the villain in my opinion. He got them both killed and even released an AI that has no care for human life.
