Well that's a really diverse lineup! Quite the film festival. Caddyshack is the only one I personally like, but I honestly feel A League Of Their Own would be the best Addie reaction. Its overall setting and story would be just her thing, I think.

2024-07-18 08:12:05 +0000 UTCYeah, like "Top Gun," the "Karate Kid" movies are among the very few beloved/popular '80s movies that don't do anything for me. I never saw the third one, and I literally only remember the HOOOOONNNK! bit from the second one.

2024-07-18 02:23:53 +0000 UTCTomorrow or Friday, most likely. Saturday at the very latest.
Byrd N. Hand
2024-07-18 02:14:56 +0000 UTCShe's also now getting into the "Planet of the Apes" series and could potentially also be doing the entire "Naked Gun" trilogy and the 2 "Ocean's" sequels, so she's got a lot on her plate right now.

2024-07-18 01:40:27 +0000 UTCAdam Sandler's annoying voice in it alone is walkout-worthy. I can't believe people still like all those man-child movies of his. 🤷♂️ Only "Punch-Drunk Love" is worthwhile for me, largely because it was made by a proper filmmaker in Paul Thomas Anderson.

2024-07-18 01:35:37 +0000 UTCSo vote for everything except the one you want!
Scot Jebens
2024-07-17 23:38:05 +0000 UTCWaterboy is one of four movies I've ever walked out of in my life.

2024-07-17 23:37:37 +0000 UTCIs My Cousin Vinny going up on YouTube soon? I've been looking forward to it.
Chris Brown
2024-07-17 19:51:42 +0000 UTCConsider adding Little Big League to a future sports poll.
Chris Brown
2024-07-17 19:50:35 +0000 UTCit doesn't matter what i vote for, it always loses

2024-07-17 19:49:44 +0000 UTCCobra Kai would be a great series to do after the Karate Kid movies.
Alex Lee
2024-07-17 19:26:57 +0000 UTCOh! Ollie wants to dance with the gopher on "CaddyShack" (1980) !!!
Randolph Tirazona
2024-07-17 19:11:37 +0000 UTCShe’s doing Mission: Impossible at the moment, but Cobra Kai would be a good one to do right after.
Aldo Gonzales
2024-07-17 18:51:26 +0000 UTCDefinitely Karate Kid and the two sequels that follow and then the Cobra Kai series after those.
Andrew Storing
2024-07-17 18:31:14 +0000 UTCAlas, it appears to have replaced "Blade Runner" as the new perennial poll loser around here. 😕
Byrd N. Hand
2024-07-17 18:29:09 +0000 UTCA League of Their Own and Moneyball are my favorites on this list. I think Addie would like Karate Kid too, even though I'm not into that one as much.
Doug
2024-07-17 18:20:50 +0000 UTCThose were my votes.

2024-07-17 17:49:42 +0000 UTCRudy deserves more love. Not on any specific channel, just in general.
Thomas Wetherell
2024-07-17 17:44:12 +0000 UTCIf you want a fantastic sports movie (and haven't already seen it), I strongly recommend Oliver Stone's 1999 "Any Given Sunday".
Alexis
2024-07-17 17:32:44 +0000 UTCWax on, wax off!
Randolph Tirazona
2024-07-17 17:15:48 +0000 UTCAlso the Karate Kid sucks, that entire franchise is trash
Wolverine
2024-07-17 17:09:02 +0000 UTCThe Karate Kid doesn’t claim to be “based on a true story”, pretty stupid statement on your part
Wolverine
2024-07-17 17:07:32 +0000 UTCKarate Kid, on the other hand, is 100% based in reality LOL
The Dingo
2024-07-17 17:06:13 +0000 UTCMost movies based on real events are almost entirely lies, but it's still an enjoyable movie
The Dingo
2024-07-17 17:05:45 +0000 UTCKarate Kid I, II, and III followed by Cobra Kai - you will be really happy with this choice!
The Dingo
2024-07-17 17:04:31 +0000 UTCMy point is that I don't care which one wins, They'll all be good for a reaction video.
Bryan Fritchie
2024-07-17 16:51:13 +0000 UTCI feel like she’ll enjoy the whole thing.
Aldo Gonzales
2024-07-17 16:43:50 +0000 UTC😆Yeah, what's the point? What I do is, if 1 or 2 of the ones I'd vote for are already ahead, I don't vote for them because they already don't need my help. I then vote for the ones I also like but are low on votes, to promote them as well. I then keep an eye on how the poll is shaping up every day, in case I need to add/subtract a vote or two. 🗳 It makes the "race" that much more interesting, to me, anyway. 🤷🏻♂️

2024-07-17 16:43:21 +0000 UTCIf you do watch the karate kid, please watch the whole series. It is 100% worth it. Especially if you watch cobra Kai as well.
Jesse Shadows
2024-07-17 16:37:39 +0000 UTCHappy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 I hope that you're feeling better. All great choices, however "The Karate Kid" easily got my vote. Just be ready to watch the two sequel movies if you don't get to "Cobra Kai" right away. Have a great day today! 😊
Randee Carreno
2024-07-17 16:30:25 +0000 UTCI said it before: if Karate Kid had been included last time, it would’ve won for sure. We’re a little behind, but it has begun.
Aldo Gonzales
2024-07-17 16:27:53 +0000 UTCIt's my pick of the bunch. Screenplay by Steven Zaillan as well, he's great with characters, dialogues and "drive" in a story, imo. Zaillan wrote "Schindler's List", "the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (Fincher version), the first "Mission: Impossible" movie, and "Gangs of New York", to name a few.

2024-07-17 16:24:36 +0000 UTCIf you're gonna watch TED LASSO then you have to watch MAJOR LEAGUE to get some of the references. I would've switched out CADDYSHACK for THE NATURAL. CADDYSHACK isn't so much a sports movie but a collection of would-be funny gags. I heard that the original script was a three-hour epic. But they could've been joking about it. But I chose THE REPLACEMENTS. It's got everything--sports, comedy, romance. It's unconventional much like THE LONGEST YARD.
Philip Davetas
2024-07-17 16:22:29 +0000 UTCWish Major League was doing better. It's one of the best comeback sports movies out there
Thats MR. Baldamort
2024-07-17 16:21:29 +0000 UTCA League of Their Own and The Replacements I like very much
Tina P
2024-07-17 16:15:58 +0000 UTCHappy Wednesday, Addie. All are great choices but I feel that The Karate Kid (1984) & A League of Their Own (1992) ended up with my votes here. EDIT: *The Waterboy (1998) is also in my votes as well.
Alex Tan
2024-07-17 16:09:38 +0000 UTCYou can’t go wrong with any of these choices. This is a tough one. “Moneyball “ is a really interesting insight of how a General Manager and an advisor changed how to put together a team in the MLB. Based on a true story. Same cinematographer of The Dark Knight Trilogy Wally Phister. Shot beautifully.😉
Jason Morales
2024-07-17 16:08:33 +0000 UTCRudy is 99% lies, I used to love that movie until I found out it’s basically fiction.
Wolverine
2024-07-17 16:02:58 +0000 UTCFor the first time ever, I literally just voted for every single movie (basically canceling myself out). 🤣
Bryan Fritchie
2024-07-17 16:02:52 +0000 UTCCaddyshack!
KingGoji94
2024-07-17 16:02:51 +0000 UTCMore Keanu Reeves in The Replacements!
