Thandiwe Newton began using her actual full name in recent years. She's immensely talented and demonstrated it early on in, "Crash" (2004), about social prejudices when worlds collide.

I don't remember if you've seen any movies with Thandie Newton, who played Nyah, but I do know you've seen her daughter. She was the lovely and talented young lady that played Joel's daughter in the first episode of The Last of Us. Hope youre felling better soon, and have a great day.

2024-07-16 07:22:15 +0000 UTCI actually like this one a little better than the first one, mainly just because I like the way a lot of the action sequences are shot. (You could tell this was a John Woo flick from all the birds! 🕊) And it was kind of neat seeing Brendan Gleeson in this as the pharmaceutical CEO since he also later played the General who Tom Cruise's got on the wrong side of in Edge of Tomorrow. I guess that was a bit of a reunion for them. 🙂

2024-07-16 00:49:26 +0000 UTCI am fairly certain that Tom Cruise did his own climbing in the start of the movie, but they did have him wired up for safety, and removed the wires in post. I am not certain he did all of it, but I think he did. I think doing his own stunts was why he started producing the films.

He is doing them all for real. If you get the chance, after each film, there is lots of great behind the scenes footage.
