That's probably too much too soon for you, but here's hoping you also eventually watch them all (as well as "Silent Movie" and "To Be or Not to Be" -- maybe even "The Twelve Chairs").

2024-05-28 22:22:57 +0000 UTCAddie, I'm glad "Blazing Saddles" is pulling ahead, because it's about time you started your Mel Brooks experience (Men In Tights could've waited, but what's done is done), & imo Blazing Saddles is the place to start. It's the ultimate satire of racism & prejudice, & Uncle Mel pulls zero punches. As others have pointed out, it's best to see certain movies before seeing 'Young Frankenstein', 'Spaceballs' & 'High Anxiety'.
