Yeah to just confirm what you said, basically what norm saw on the computer is everyone from vault 31 is elected overseer in vault 33. Whats up with that? Why is that? How come nobody else from 33 is ever elected. Something is rigged. We need answers. With Shady Sands, what Lucy discovered in this episode is that that city post nuclear war was founded and 30 thousand people lived there, YET another bomb fell on it only 2 decades ago hundreds of years after the initial bombs. Something is up.
