Welcome to Fallout :) Love your reactions... one of the many incredible things that this did was made it perfectly viewable for everyone... not just Gamers, TLOU did a great job but some off the necessary changes didn't sit well with the gaming population (Bill and Frank for example) Fallout not being a single main quest driven experience took that opportunity and crushed it. As others have said this is set after the games so it is its' own story but it evokes the Fallout universe sooooo well. I have lost count on the number of Easter eggs that have been laid in here which enhance the gamers experience but don't affect non gamers at all...
