FIGHT CLUB - Full Length Reaction!

Here's the full length reaction to Fight Club! This is a movie that I've been recommended so many times, so I decided to go ahead and finally watch it! This movie blew. my. MIND! It's definitely one that I'm excited to watch again to pick up more clues now that I know the ending. Enjoy!

FIGHT CLUB - Full Length Reaction!

You're not the first person I've seen go into this film expecting some sort of Sports Movie, so don't feel bad about that. For some reason a LOT of people think it's going to be Rocky-But-Underground instead of...this. It's been a long time since I first saw it, but I think that I was spoiled as to the twist beforehand. So I never got the BIG SHOCK that other people do. But that means that I knew to look for all the little hints and clues to piece it together beforehand. Once you DO know the twist, when you watch it again it's a whole different movie.

Motherflapcakes! Did I miss it?

Se7en is truly amazing. Can the Ads handle it?

Addie, you homo habilis. I've been waiting for the YT version of this for like maybe forever. You're really gonna make me watch full length reaction. Do you realize how hard that is to sync?

Philip Davetas

So glad you watched this, one of my favorite movies. I highly recommend the Fincher film released between this and SE7EN: The Game. A really great movie that also keeps you guessing.

That was an excellent reaction. I loved your face at the big reveal. I could see you searching through your mind, reliving every earlier scene, trying to fit the new information in. Seeing those earlier scenes and how they were completely different with new info. Haha

Always fun to revisit this one with someone who's never seen it. Back when it first came out, when we found out one of our friends hadn't seen it yet, we'd all get together and watch it again just to see them react to the twist. There's definitely lots of little clues and Easter eggs leading up to it. And the Pixies song at the end is just perfect, "Where is my mind?"

She still does polls. The 'rogue picks' are only occasional depending upon the most requested movies.

Hopefully we get Dunkirk (2017) vs. Addie's anxiety.

"We are the all singing, all dancing crap of the world." @#$%ing-A. One of my top-10 all-time favorite movies. And we can't even talk about it...

Steve Mercier

I was expecting a classic episode of cinema vs. Addie's anxiety and I was not disappointed! Nobody ever really expects what they'll get with Fight Club, and that's why it's so rewatchable.

First rule of reacting to "Fight Club" is not to tell us you are reacting to Fight Club.

Prof. Writhms

We can't talk about fight club.

Happy Monday, Addie! I hope that you had a great weekend. 😊 This is such a great movie. Love Edward Norton and Brad Pitt in this. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. For Edward Norton, I highly recommend the 1996 "Primal Fear". And for Brad Pitt, I highly recommend the 1997 "The Devil's Own". Have a great day today! 😊

Randee Carreno

I take it at this point that these 'rogue picks' are going to be a monthly (or more) thing now?

Happy Monday, Addie. I know I'm breaking the first two rules, but Fight Club (1999) is my all-time favorite David Fincher movie. My favorite scene will always be the projectionist scene where Tyler Durden spliced a single frame from a sex movie into a family movie and the entire Project Mayhem montage, due to the crazy things they pull off. BTW, the device that they used in the video store is a VHS eraser. And the flash images are that of Tyler Durden.
