Doc Roe said to Renee the Nurse, that her touch it calms people, the symbolism is even after she died, Doc Roe took her bandanna for himself, but shortly after gave it to somebody who needed a bandage. Even after death, she was still helping people :) Also about some of your questions in your conclusion, ill stay very vague and say, stay tuned for the documentary :)
