I didnt notice that was Antonio Banderas in this movie as that ship captain until this 2nd watch. xD

I do hope she rewatches all of them at some point.

I actually got to see them before she took them down from YouTube, but I barely remember any of them -- other than that she enjoyed them all.

I second this because I'm curious to see what she thought about E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Ghostbusters (1984), Beetlejuice (1988), and Edward Scissorhands (1990).

Alex Tan

I'm definitely not against re-watches (Addie has technically already done a few for the channel), but definitely not that soon after seeing it for the first time. I'm still hoping she does re-watches of the movies from her 4 'lost' reactions.

Byrd N. Hand

To be fair, I'm more interested in Addie watching Oppenheimer (2023) since she & Jeremy watched Barbie (2023) in theaters.

I should have waited to watch this with you. Maybe I can find the Dial of Destiny and not watch this as soon as I saw it was streaming during the weekend. There are a few Easter eggs that I noticed but let’s finish the movie and enjoy the end of the story. The best thing I liked about it was I thought of a question to ask you for your next AMA. Take care of yourself, Addie!!

Not gonna lie, I was very concerned going into this movie the first time. These movies were such a big part of my life growing up. But this movie was a fitting end to the series. Glad you enjoyed it!

Funny to think Harrison Ford is older than Joe Biden and can walk up stairs! Loved this movie and the ending.

I understand folks wanting to see movies' theatrical release but I don't really feel that a re-watch gives us the same fresh reaction.

I ultimately didn't mind "Crystal Skull" in spite of its issues, but I can't get behind this one. Honestly, are deconstructing legacy characters and undoing happy endings from the previous installment in a franchise only to re-do them again later the only moves in Disney Lucasfilm's playbook? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Of course, the alleged original ending was actually going to see Indy die from his wounds and hand over his fedora to the insufferable Helena, who would then effectively be his replacement. I'm sure that would've made the movie go over even worse than it did at the box office. Spielberg has apparently said Marion would've been more integral to the story in his film. Throw in the re-introduction - and then deliberate sidelining - of Sallah, and the complete omission of 2 series staples (an allusion to Indy's fear of snakes and a scene with mass quantities of some sort of creature) and this looks like another missed opportunity by Disney Lucasfilm. πŸ˜•

She & Jeremy have seen Barbie (2023) in theaters. I do hope she's open to doing a rewatch reaction to that movie after watching Oppenheimer (2023), as a pallette cleanse. #BarbenheimerForAddieCounts

Might ask in her next Q&A If she plans on reacting to both Barbie and Oppenheimer. Kinda suprised she hasn't even reacted to the former yet, but I think that is just due to her (much like most reactors) rellying too much on polls and not making a couple choices here and there for themselves for movies they too want to watch for the channel. We have yet to see even Barbie in a poll assuming she hasn't seen it in theaters πŸ˜‚

It saddens me that Indiana Jones adventures had to end. I always thought they should have treated the character like James Bond, having Ford pass Jones to a new young actor and continue the movies. George Lucas even said to Spielberg, Jones was his answer to James Bond. They could have gotten Chris Pratt to play Indiana Jones. Maybe Bradley Cooper? I don't know. Keep Jones going, I say!

Mr. Writhms

The official Indiana Jones trilogy ended with Last Crusade. However, these last 2 high budget fan films are at least worth checking out once.

...and you should watch Antonio Banderas again in The Mask of Zorro (1998) & The Legend of Zorro (2005) as well as Desperado (1995) & Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003), but watch El Mariachi (1992) first. #MoreAntonioBanderasForAddieCounts

If you love Harrison Ford, you should definitely watch Witness (1985), Regarding Henry (1991), The Fugitive (1993), The Devil's Own (1997) & Air Force One (1997), as well as his Jack Ryan movies Patriot Games (1992) & Clear and Present Danger (1994), but watch The Hunt for Red October (1990) first. #MoreHarrisonFordForAddieCounts

Happy Monday, Addie! 😊 I did see that this was now on Disney+, but had yet to watch it. This gives me a good reason to watch it later this evening with your reaction. I've heard mixed reactions about this one. But I'm still looking forward to watching it. Congratulations on completing the entire Indiana Jones series. Have a great day today! 😊

Let's give Addie a round of applause for completing the ENTIRE Indiana Jones saga with Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023). πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Happy Monday. I totally agree with you, this was a satisfying conclusion to the Indiana Jones saga. My girlfriend & I saw it in IMAX and we both enjoyed it, although I still prefer the first three Indy films. I kinda wish that there was a snake moment in this one but at least we got some eels.
