the iconic plane scene thats become one of the most memorable parts of the show :) its cool how they gave us a more realistic perspective on this issue, what Superman does is physically impossible, Homelander cannot lift the whole plane because he is simply too small, if he pushed into it to try something he would just damage it, wouldnt be able to hold it, would need to push from a larger area :) perfect introduction to Kimiko just going on a rampage that was fun :D and ye The Boys got some good banter and nice chemistry :) gotta love the random The Deep shenanigans throughout the show xD here people really started to see how amazing Antony Starr is as Homelander :)

Simply, he was lazy as you said and didn't want to risk it. Well he aint got superman's heart. The Deep scene was to show he is a f*c* up.
