Yeah I agree lol Toph really... stayed true to her childhood identity in a lot of ways lol. Which is writing that I genuinely enjoy. And yeah I think that Lin definitely fossilized all those negative emotions and attached them to a freeze-frame of Su instead of on Toph. This series *really* does a good job with integrating some, pretty accurate, psychology into the characters
