Just accept it for now, and maybe I'll explain more in 100 episodes if I feel it's imporatant enough." The Devil Fruits from here out just start getting infinitely more bizarre. And regarding how Rayleigh got Camies collar off; honestly even today it doesn't quite make much sense based on what we find out later.
