2025-01-15 01:48:41 +0000 UTCI don't agree that this is the best episodes of the legend of korra as others have said in the comments, I think season 3 is insanely interesting and good. amazing villains, ridiculously high level action, gorgeous animation, MORE lore dumps, MORE surprises, funny as ever.....but these two episodes are definitely among the best in this series

I remember that last scene truly moved me to see he sacrificed his whole life to bring balance and peace to the world but died in that cause even without vaatu. They said in this episode harmonic convergence is every 10.000 years meaning through all the lifetimes and all avatars in that time couldn’t achieve it but still in the last scene raava saying we will never give up. It taught me there are things in life that are worth it to fight for even if u can’t win or achieve u still have to try.

The cat deer or whatever is his companion, same thing as appa and aang or the bear and korra. The first avatar's name is wan as in one and I think they knew what they were doing lmao. Also isn't it interesting that the first avatar is a firebender? Ngl that's the last thing I'd expect after watching atla. These were one the best episodes of korra and one of the best in the entire series imo. Edit: they said there a dozens of lion turtles, imagine what bendings we missing on. Aang got energy bending or whatever it is
