They're supposed to bring up problems other students are having, if theres a change in plan for the school the teachers just tell that student. Basically it's a managerial role, but for children.

2025-01-04 00:21:45 +0000 UTCI think Ochako was suggesting that she also voted for Deku, but kept quiet because she didn't want to be Bakugo's target for anger or anything. Let's see... what is there to say about this episode that you didn't already say? Season 1, which aside from the first few episodes of Deku's training, which took 10 months, has taken place over the course of like a few days at U.A. So they're throwing us into it very quickly. But what 13 said near the end of the episode is so introspective about quirks/powers. It's a quick and digestible way to express to both us, the viewers, and the students, potentially future heroes, the weight and responsibility of their actions when using their quirks for future reference. I think they mentioned it in an earlier episode that there's only like 40 students that got accepted, so that'd be like another 20 students that we haven't seen yet. But we shouldn't worry about that right now since we're still learning OUR classmates and what they can do. But yeah, it's also worth noting that nobody is really fazed by how Bakugo talks, because it shows that nobody's really afraid of him or anything so they don't think to fear him like Deku had until he stood up to him. I think you'll come to love these guys with time, so just give it a while, Lucky. Also, if I haven't already said it, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
