We know that SK was born to counteract the stagnation that would come from hollows eventually absorbing all humans, but that's only the reason he was born, not why he split the worlds. We get hints about it in CFYOW, but it's never stated that he split it because of hollow predation, he saved the world from total stagnation by destroying hollows, but the world continued to "slowly melt into chaos", I just want to make it clear. I also think SK had a good reason for it but it probably has to do with something else, the "darkness that threatened it" that YH mentioned a couple episodes back (smth to do with Hell imo)

It's said that all the sand in hueco mundo is hollow dust that SK eliminated in one world (fan theory perhaps). Life was said to be declining as number of souls was decreasing day by day, due to quincies killing hollow souls permanently and hollows eating and combining with other soul beings as one. To prevent this horror world, where humans with no reatsu were ridiculously defenceless against hollow attacks and high reatsu beings presence, three worlds system was created to seperate worlds. Quincies that were equal to any other 'gods' were subjected to human world, which is beneath them, cuz they clearly don't care about normal humans.

The division of the original world is what introduced the cycle of rebirth, the current system is literally a huge engine of continuous death and suffering, with Soul Repears living nicely while most random souls have to live in an perpetual ghetto before they get reincarnated, and then the cycle continues infinitely. Yhwach is from a neutral pov kind of a hero (imo).

2024-11-10 13:00:14 +0000 UTCClarification regarding Gremmy (the imagination kid that fought Kenpachi); it's a very common theory that he was the Soul Kings mind; but unlike how it was 100% confirmed that Ukitake was the right arm, Kubos never given official confirmation on Gremmy, so we can't say for certain just yet.

(Also wasn't expecting to be told other Ywhach lovers were acting that way; those guys are giving me a bad name XD) The irony of course that the first time you watch an episode of the cour relatively early and it's arguably the slowest episode of TYBW so far~
