It's true that this season was crazy in terms of action! xD If many fans of the series find it weaker than the previous ones, it's mainly for questions of scenario and script facilities. In the previous seasons, the scenario gave the impression of being thicker, more complex. With characters like Tywin, Lady Tyrel, Stanis, etc... And we also had the impression of traveling with the characters. When the characters had to travel, it took them several episodes. We "felt" the size of the map. In season 7, we wonder how long it took the Dothraki and Tyrion to arrive on the battlefield. Daenerys flew with Drogon, ok. But what about them ? It's DR STRANGE's PORTAL shit at this point ! They teleported ! In the same way that Varys teleported to Daenerys' boat at the end of season 6 ! BUT IT'S TRUE, season 7 spoils us in terms of action, references and reunions! I like it. The real problem is 8.

Also Robert Baratheon said in season one that only a fool would meet the Dothraki in an open filed and that was what Jamie had to fight. Sam's father said ( before the fighting began ) that the gold already reached king's landing, so the debt is paid, what the dragon burned was the food. Also the Dickon scene is funny every time.
