W/R to Rumble and Frenzy: "Diecast use is stupid." "No reason to have any diecast whatsoever in the tapes." Eh, I'm on the other side of the fence. Every material has its pros and cons. Personally, I really like the heft and "permanence" that diecast offers. What's more, if we're talking about transformers, I want manufacturers to use as much diecast as is reasonable considering we're talking about robots made of some kind of exotic material that I think is safe to assume is metal. If they're not metal, it's at least some kind of material that can be welded because that's shown many times in the original animation.
