I think it’s time we have a conversation as to how companies can solve the head articulation problem with figures that have long sculpted hair, or for transformers, extended masks or chins. The double ball peg or basic hinged swivel just isn’t appropriate in all cases. They need to build in like an extending neck, that could be pulled up to allow more upward and downward movements or maybe make the hair out of a much more flexible plastic so that it can be bent to get out of the way. I don’t know if there’s a blanket solution, but in this day and age of figures with great articulation available, this one seems to always be lacking.

Shame to see the flop. Honestly if I was a bit more of a Disney buff i'd have probably wanted to nab one at first and the end result would've been crushing.
Though deep cut here, if someone out there made an Alice based on Hanna-Barbera's take on the story, instant pre-order.
