Regarding the actress who plays Trixie (Paula Malcomson), you may have noticed her from Ray Donovan? The "creepy doctor" you guys mentioned, Doc Cochran (Brad Dourif) is actually the voice of Chucky from Child's Play.

Without getting into specifics, I put Al Swearengen (Ian McShane) right up there in the same S-tier of Anti-Hero characters such as: Walter White and Tony Soprano. Yes, he is that great. Can't wait to watch your reactions to this classic show. It got prematurely cancelled due to budgetary reasons, and NOT due to bad ratings or lack of quality. In other words, total bullshit move on HBO's part. It was their most expensive show at the time, and they didn't have the same appetite they do now to produce multiple high quality series.
