DAMN the assassination scene was well done. That shit was bloody, messy and hard to watch.

2024-09-19 23:31:24 +0000 UTCin real life caesar listened to his wife about her nightmare and sent mark antony to tell the senate the meeting was canceled. upon hearing this, one of the conspirators rushed to caesar's house and shitted on him for being afraid of his wife's dream so caesar decided to go and, well... another interesting tidbit is that the actual senate house was being remodeled so on the day of the assassination they were meeting in the theatre of pompey and caesar ending up dying at the feet of a giant statue of pompey that was located inside the theater.
