Crowd funding made by company is sure is a difficult beast. Between each customers having different feeling of what they are untitled to and budget restrictions a crowdfund always generate. It will always end up in some kind of compromise. And some times the problem with compromise is that no one is satisfied

Agreed that it is beautiful... probably the best 1/12 scale classic version available... but I take issue with it being called an action figure... the cape takes away any need or use of all that articulation.
Best example I can give of how I feel about what happened to me with this kickstarter is as follows:
Imagine you joined a kickstarter and you were shown/promised the Flames Toys Tarn. After your money was taken and there was no way for you to recieve a refund, they started making changes. After all the bullshit and smoking blowing (no thanks Todd I don't need nor want rectal cancer) the box finally shows up. You open it up and BOOM it's Reformatted Tarn! Imagine that kick in the balls.
Don't get me wrong I've got Kutlur (one of the bots I bought from Jisk) and I love it but it's definitely no Flames Toys.
