Yes but in the comics Wanda's grief pushed mutant kind to the edge of extinction. I think people were hoping for something along that scale, I know I was.

Great podcast I loved wanda vision the last episode (I preferred the one with wanda flash back). It seems a lot of people care more about theories and potential plotlines or contribution to the overall mcu than what actually happens in the show . The last scene with wanda vision and her kids was strong and was not a coup out. They made my wife care about Wanda and vision and that was not an easy task. The show was about wanda grief and people wanted mutants, multiverse and cameo. I also think a lot of people didn't like last jedi not just because they didn't want "that turn" but because it was not just a good movie (especially for the 2nd volume of a trilogy)

Man Wandavision could have been great and tell a unique and interesting story, but marvel just doesn't have the balls to take the idea far enough. This consistent formula they use for everything is getting really old. My interest in future marvel TV projects is definitely waning. I honestly think marvel needs a loss. then maybe they can get their head out of their asses and create something that isn't paint by numbers.
