I'm not a NECA fanboy but it's been interesting to watch them this past year during COVID. Scalpers are a major issue in my area, good luck finding the turtle stuff on shelves, but I feel NECA at least does additional releases of sold out items. Sure they want to make money but just looking at their social media pages they flat out say "look, don't buy from scalpers, we've got more on the way". This set is one of those cases where I feel they gave people more than enough time and opportunity to pre-order this set. Could have made it a Walmart exclusive, but instead kept the pre-orders in house for a good month or so giving most a fair chance. How they've handled themselves this past year has gotten them some points with me.
