My favorite G.I. Joe memory stretches way back into those early 90's when my Snow Serpent's missile launcher got jammed up (back in those days when we could actually HAVE missile launchers). 9 year-old me writes to Hasbro about it, and they actually responded back by sending me a new launcher and missile. Things may be different today in regards to customer service contacts, but for a little child at the time it meant all the world that they took care of me like that.

This is the best figure Hasbro has ever done. My copy had the loose ab crunch ratchet too. Even with that, he's my favorite 12 Scale figure. Can't wait for the 1st wave. I ordered two sets!
