The reason one side of the stitching looks worse than the other is because during assembly they stitch the left side from the inside first and stitch the right side from the outside to seal the body in. Every figure with a body suit looks like this. Not sure if its a good or bad thing but its not a defect :)

My first thoughts of th ed nose was that black noses dont tend to stick out very far, but when I saw the human head I was like maybe they do....it looks to me there are gonna be alot of issues with black characters as far as hot toys are concerned
