Speaking of Guyver... would you guys like to see a modern live action version? Not a "B-Movie", but a serious take? If so, what do you think they would need to make it work on screen? And would Joe be pissed if the main Character was Sean Barker and not Sho? :D

Interesting view on the symbiote, I'm more with Joe on this. I was actually having a conversation with friends on how I like the "Mutation" transformation better than the "gelatinous" transformation. Specifically because I like the "Guyver" style concepts where the parasite is effecting/mutating the host. That seems infinitely more interesting to me than a sentient goop just covering someone. I know its "comic-book" logic so I can't look at this close, but the first thing I always thought reading the venom comics is "wait...if his mouth is that huge, and yet the symbiote is just a gelatinous covering...then where the hell is Brock's head? Cause it can't possibly fit in there with that huge grin. Otherwise you'd see Brock's face everytime Venom opened that huge mouth." In this manner... I like the mutation transformation better as it would explain how the symbiote mutates/transforms Brock. Its inside him. It also explains how it heals him. (I think you see this in the trailer when it un-breaks his leg.) This is also how I see Guyver and why to me it's one of the most interesting super-hero, sci-fi ideas. I guess I'm just into the body-horror of an alien entity taking over and changing the host body. (Oh and I think that symbiote with the huge axes in the trailer may not be Venom.... Not sure though.)
