Seasonal One-shot: Samhain Fete

Samhain (pronounced “Sow-en”) is a spiritual festival held when the veil between worlds is believed to be the thinnest. People of all walks of life gather to mediate with the dead and pay their respects. The veil doesn’t discriminate between the spirits that mean well and those that mean harm, so people carve jack-o’-lanterns to ward away the evil spirits. The fete is a celebration to bring joy to the living and dead; many vendors will travel to set up a plethora of fun challenges and make a coin as they do so.
