If you would like to order print copies from Lulu at cost, here is the link. The book is currently unlisted, direct-link only. The book is halfletter digest sized (5.5x8.5), premium colour, saddle stitched, 44 pages.
Later this month it will go on sale to the public and I will have to switch to the full retail price. At that point, I will email comp coupons for the pdf and the DriveThruRPG print version, which is standard colour and glue bound (because they don't offer staplebound booklets anymore). The Lulu version is way better quality but the DriveThruRPG version is much cheaper to print (~8 bucks vs ~3, basically).
