Important Announcements!

Hello backers! Things are happening here in Monsterland. Here are the announcements: 1. Public Monsters First off, we are making some changes to how this Patreon works. Starting next month, the Monthly Monsters will become free, public releases, available to everyone. The bonus monsters that go out to $4+ backers will remain a special reward, and everyone who is backing at $2+ when we release a book will still get a free pdf. I hope that you support us making this change—Patreon is supposed to be about free stuff, after all—but if you decide to cancel your $2 pledge and enjoy the monthly monsters for free from now on, no worries and thank you again for the support so far. 2. The Book Speaking of releasing a book, our first book of monsters is almost finished. Nathan just has to finish the cover art, so the book should be ready for sale some time next month. It is a Dungeon World supplement, 108 pages, full colour. When it goes on sale, the pdf will be $15, and print+pdf will be $35. As soon as the cover is finished, I will email the pdf to all of our backers, past and present. This backers-only version of the pdf has extra pages with all the monster illustrations on letter-sized pages, for easier printing. Also, because I would never have gotten Nathan on board with this project without your support every month, when we have the print version ready, I will email you all a coupon so you can buy the print version from DriveThruRPG for only the cost of printing and shipping. Thanks to all of you, this book has become a reality, and we can begin working on a second one. 3. What Next? The next book will be a dungeon where many of our monsters dwell, for use with Labyrinth Lord. After that we will return to Dungeon World for another book with all the monsters not in the first one.
