Added 2023-07-12 22:33:35 +0000 UTCTCD 1923_7 is here, bringing around 10 new female tattoo sets, few new neck tattoo overlays, an updated installer for an easier installation and most substantial of all, completely reconstructed male tattoos for EVB +everything will be from now on hosted on my google drive

Future TCD plans for this year include improving on hand tattoos and especially male hand tattoos, adding more body overlays and ones specific for the male characters, and overall improving on all the quality of every tattoo sets.
