I still really like her concept and design and really wanted to revisit it! It's cool to see how my art has changed over the past 12 months and where I was able to improve!
The biggest difference probably is that I now pay more attention to composition and also make color sketches beforehand where I keep it pretty rough and leave room to experiment!^^
You can see me do it right after the sketch, I also used the colors from one of the reference pictures (by using the palette from photo feature in Procreate) which also improved my colors I think! It prompted me to add more contrast (the old one is pretty low in contrast in comparison)
