Added 2019-12-20 22:43:51 +0000 UTCLike most of the hypotheticals (all but one I think) I saw the image first and had it inspire a story. In this case I was first simply thinking of how do you actually wear it? Close to it we obviously have my obsession with waking up different.
After some research I found out that it is a 8-9kg neck shackle that costs 315 EUR. I would really like to test one out, but not for that price.
