Jessica Rabbit Singing

Well hello everyone and apologies again for missing my regular Monday & Tuesday posts. 

It was a lovely Monday morning and BadSpider was having coffee in one hand and (computer) mouse on the other. Being extra happy as one of his sponsors bumped up his contribution to the maximum level. You guys know that you don't have to do that, but regardless, it is an "extra" vote of confidence to what I draw and a huge boost in morale for me, so an extra big huge Thank You from me. Jessica will come to your table after the song is over ;)

So over the next few feverish clicks, starting my Monday post, I see the internet is down. With bad weather it happens sometimes as I rely on good mobile signal for my internet. A little later I realize that my data plan for the month has run out and the only option to buy an extra package is if I drive to the city. Unfortunately the "app" that I could use to renew my plan from home is not compatible with my windows phone. In the meantime outside is raining cats and dogs and priests... So, I decided to better spend that time drawing than losing my time running around in the rain. End of story.

Back to the pinup. I wanted to do this one for a while and I like how it turned out. Especially the spicy versions (4 of them).  Jessica Rabbit melting/bending that microphone character on stage. I didn't have a reference for him, I suppose "Mr Lumiere" was somewhere in the back of my mind while drawing it. The coloring is a mix of hard cell-shading and a hybrid-technique for lighting. As usual, clothing up the character can be a lot more of a hassle than the bare skin version, but anyway. Attached to this post is the all the versions of this SFW image 4k/1080p/720p so visitors can get a taste of how the large ones are like.

On other news, I will let the "Battle Tuesdays" voting for more characters run for one more week and spend more time on the game front. I need to start tying things up a bit. I am not sure what pinup there will be for next week, maybe some doodles or other stuff we'll see.
