I'm pretty sure I am talking to myself now but I hope soon people will discover this page and make it their regular stop for filth.
In my quest to better my drawing skillz I have been experimenting with various methods, watching other artists and testing drawing tools. I learn a lot every day and keep working on my weak points (which are a lot still).
Recently I purchased a drawing tablet from Huion Europe, the Camvas GT-156HD. Not top of the pops but affordable, pretty mobile, and all I need for now and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. For anyone interested here is their website https://www.huion-tablet.eu/
For drawing software, Sketchbook and Clip Studio Paint. I force myself to use the first for the pencils as the later has many tools that I could use to cheat, and this is not my goal for now. Practice, practice, wax on, wax off.
So anyway, the above is just one of my recent experiments. Kinda spending time developing characters and trying to go through all the process. The above took me almost 2 days and mostly I was playing around with the tools. I know it's not Mona Lisa yet but still decent I think.
So my question (if anyone is here) is: Which shading method you like better? 4, 5, or 6?
Next up will be noodiez. yeeee =P
Catch you soon ;)
