This version of the origin was good. They got the interaction among the four just about right although the insecurity of Reed was heavy handed. It's interesting the ways in which comics are simplified and the ways in which characters are simplified for movies. Both happen but they seem to happen a bit differently in different mediums.

Nothing ever truly feels at risk. nothing is allowed to fail irreversibly. they feel very risk-averse, consequence-free and designed to comfort rather than challenge.

She recounted being told to "fall sexier", which makes that whole undressing in public scene a bit more iffy than it already was. However Julian McMahon rocked Dr Doom and was by far the best part of the movie any time he was on screen. Loved his take.
