2026-01-12 23:06:15 +0000 UTCNot a lot went on in this episode. A little more story and character development, setting the stage for what's to come. A nice touch at the end of the episode, with Cassian walking through the scrapyard as the shuttle containing the buyer, who's flown to Ferrix to meet Cassian, is coming in for a landing overhead. A couple of insecure men drove the action in this episode. The corporate cop Syril Karn, who could only inspire his men to fall asleep while listening to him give a speech, and Timm Karlo. Timm is especially pathetic. Bix clearly considers their relationship to be casual, one night a week, but he thinks he's fallen in love. Yet his feelings are warped by insecurity. He's constantly checking up on Bix and following her, and the instant he feels that Cassian is competing for Bix's attention he turns him in to the police. Weak, very weak. B2EMO is my favorite Star Wars droid. If your dog could speak, it would be B2EMO. Every time you were about to leave to go anywhere it would give a little whimper, look up at you with sad eyes and say "You should s-s-stay."
