Welcome back for another Gooeycandy Newsletter! Let's dive right in!

As the year comes to a close, long time patrons will know I'm a big fan of shaking things up in the new year, so if there's any suggestions for ways to improve this Patreon, this newsletter, or ANYTHING, I'm all ears! I've already got some ideas in mind, but more on that later!

Anyway, let's get to it!

🎨 Art & Project Progress:

One of my biggest goals this year was to finally set up my character bios page on my website, and that is SO SO SO close to being done so hopefully I can officially launch the first 2 pages (Candy & Flex's pages) before the new year. For now, here's a sneak peek at some new assets I'm working on for those:

And also, a look at Flex's new fit and how he's evolved since he first appearance nearly 8 years ago! He originally started off as a lifeguard/skater, but since I’ve got Tread the lifeguard now, I decided to lean him more into his skater boy style. What do you think?

Last but not least, expect some fun updates on my art book (finally) before the new year!

I always start my New Year's Resolution in December so that it isn't as jarring to start in the new year. That being said, any resolutions this year?

This section focuses on my personal life & stories, so if that's not your cup of tea, feel free to skip this segment!

Well the ADHD medication had literally no effect lol. So uh, starting something new soon I guess. The holidays went surprisingly better than expected. I thought I was fighting with my dad but when I saw him we acted totally normal so... thats chill I guess.

The lead up to the new year is my favorite time of year. It feels like a fresh start!! Gonna try to stay on top of things like eating right and gymming regularly, etc. Starting on the right foot!

SPOILERS AHEAD!! Don't read if not caught up!

🕺🏻 Dancing with the Stars: My winner pick won I can't be mad lol. Really liked Jordan too tho!! For my first time watching, I was honestly really invested, so looking forward to next season! Also Val, call me please PLEASe.

👽 X-Files: Humbug was one of the wildest episodes of television I've ever seen and I have not stopped thinking about it, holy shit. Please watch this show.

🌴 Survivor 49: Oh Rizo and Savannah are playing like pros... really excited to see how this season wraps up!

🐝 Plur1bus: Strange show but interesting concept. It's starting very slow but I can see it starting to ramp up. Excited to see where it goes!
