He would have shoes too big, no socks and a PLA uniform. Really, there were a few of these...and they would escort me around town in order to...save whatever. I shook them one way or another, but they were ubiquitous enough, along with girl guides who want your picture...to send back to PLA headquarters. They always struck me as semi-prostitutes. I mean, we all know about Fang Fang here in the US!! And right here, the lady mayor in the Philippines who was reported on. Is that a sort of Chinese invasion?

I just understood it at that time aa a student's way to power. Anyway, students came and went and listened to speakers and...shall we say, put their minds into it.

China, Venezuela, Cicily, Russia, it's all the same - dead brain zombies. It's important for such students to have employment, because they are not scammers or imposters with fake credentials gaming the system, they are honest hard working individuals, underutilized labor. But the focus must be in this situation squarely on why the system has no jobs created. If a person can only survive by memorizing textbooks, being told what to do, then they need to change the system to welcome those who can build companies to hire them. If "90% of jobs can be trained", it's only because someone first created these simplified jobs. JavaScript and Wordpress, Zoom and Macbooks didn't evolve naturally. The job of an airline pilot is being a part in a bigger mechanism. A nation of "workers" is a warehouse of unused parts.
