Update roundup for October 2023
Added 2023-11-05 12:00:28 +0000 UTC- October saw the release of libnx 4.5.0 bringing support for 17.0.0 firmware and a number of other improvements. The switch examples were updated with changes needed for libnx 4.5.0. On the 3DS front we released libctru 2.3.0 which added experimental support for standard threading APIs (pthread, C threads, C++ std::thread) and a number of tweaks to improve library stability. Citro3d was updated to build with latest libctru. Wii and Gamecube SDL 1.2 were update with latest patchsets and improved joystick handling. Nx-hbmenu was rebuilt with latest libnx.
