Nov22 sketches

Looks like there's some news to address this month.

The major news is about Pixiv's updated terms of service. The latest I heard is that the change is meant to target monetization of photorealistic loli works, so hopefully I won't be affected. I plan to continue operating like normal, and if Pixiv has a problem then they'll tell me. If my FANBOX gets hit, I should still be able to upload to Pixiv as normal, as that is not monetized. If my Pixiv gets hit too, remember that I have a Baraag account where you can see my "unedited" works.

In more personal news, I am using a laptop with dual boot Windows 11 and Linux. Windows 11 failed to update properly some time in mid Nov, and it's since been completely inaccessible and unusable. Clip Studio Paint does not work on Linux. For a brief period I tried to switch to Krita, but the UI is not as familiar, and I still want to access my old projects and palette. So I've got a VM on Linux that runs Windows, and Clip Studio Paint and my tablet are working there. So it seems like I'm back in business.

That's it for the news. Now for the sketches (which I did on Krita, which is why the outlines are black):

More Lize. I'm still indecisive about her final outfit, but the sketches are meant to show what she can tease with it.

Also some ideas for pinkslime. I feel like updating her colors to have a pretty pink-purple gradient, but I haven't settled it yet.

I want to give her a maid outfit:

I finally have some more ideas for Ririe, but they're very rough so I'll save them for next month.

As for your drawings, they are great! I just wish you had more time so you could finish the best ones... Keep having fun with your studies!

Thanks for the update! I know 2 artists who use krita as their daily driver. The only thing they mention missing is 3D models to base their drawings on. Besides that, they don't see any advantages from clip studio paint. One of them used to be a CSP user and only uses CSP in a VM to check old CSP files for reference and (rarely) get those 3D models working. It takes quite some time to setup Krita to be "just right" but, from what I gather from them, it's well worth it!
