if you mean he doesn't turn into a great ape then you most likely missed a step, i just tried it again and it works fine, i suggest you to check the great ape baby mod in which a video tutorial is included about how you should install great ape mods, if you are sure the part with skill creator was fine then maybe you installed multiple x2ms at once ?, you need to first install the transformation (which you edited in skill creator after installing the great ape x2m) then only after install the bardock character
