Though I'm alright with how this came out, I somehow feel weird about not improvising more or adding to a 30 second loop track. I know I shouldn't feel this way, but I'm so used to making longer covers. Lately I've been sitting on more and more unfinished covers where I experimented too much and ended up not liking the overall sound. I figure the solution to this would be to dail things back and save some of the improv for if/when I compose my own stuff.
I'm still kinda shocked that I've had up to 80-90 patrons here for a while. I really appreciate you all for sticking around (or not sticking around, that's fine too!) while my uploads have been less frequent. I hope the FTMs have helped, for those interested!

No problem! I'm just starting to realize how important messing around with the fxx command is. I wish tempo was easier to understand in FT

2021-04-01 09:02:24 +0000 UTCIn the DPCM channel, you may see that I alternate F02 and F01 in a pattern that effectly sets the tempo. Since the F02 rows have an effective length of two ticks, using Gxx (usually G01) allows me to delay notes or volume changes in these rows by one tick.
